Diane’s passion for property management grew through her own experience of running a successful property management division in Northland. Her contagious enthusiasm for ‘getting it right’, enabled her rent roll to grow from 45 properties to over 500 properties under management.
Drawing on the knowledge of leading experts both in New Zealand and Australia and implementing sound systems into the rental division proved to Diane that ‘you always have something to learn’ and led to the success of the Rental Division. Not scared to take on the unknown and change the way ‘it’s always been done’ led her company to be one the leading property management divisions in Northland.
Passionate about passing on the knowledge and sharing her wealth of experience drawn from more than 13 years in the industry, Diane is able to educate Residential Property Managers on the best solutions for their office.
A conviction that Pro- Active Management rather than Re-active Management is the only way forward, Diane is delighted to share with you some tips and tricks that helped her achieve the Northland REINZ Outstanding Service Award on no less than 4 occasions during her property management career. A feat achieved by no other Real Estate Professional in Northland.
Being one of the first Accredited Property Managers in New Zealand and then continuing her education to complete the Diploma of Real Estate in 2005 becoming AREINZ, Diane believes in always working towards improving herself and her business.
